** AVAILABILITY UPDATE ** I will not be taking any notary appointments for the month of April 2024. This is due to work, commitments, and travel. I will also be unavailable for most of the 2nd & 3rd weeks of May 2024 as well. All other times, I will continue to take appointments as my availability allows. Although I intend to disable the request form during the times listed above, in the event I forget and you send a notary request, it is possible that you may not receive any response from me. Availability:
My availability varies.  I am not on-call 24/7.  While there may be times I can meet you within an hour, most often appointments need to be scheduled at least 1-2 days in advance.

How to Schedule An Appointment:
The only way to schedule an appointment is to complete the form below which will then be emailed to me.  Please provide your full details and a mobile phone number with this request and include as much information as possible about the document you need notarized.  NEVER submit account numbers, license numbers, social security numbers, or any other private and personal data on this form.
